As President, Chief Executive Officer, and Sole Principal of Natoli Construction, Paul is responsible for all company operations. Clients value his hands-on approach and accessibility.
Paul graduated with Highest Distinction from Purdue University in 1989, joined Natoli Construction, and worked his way up the company’s ranks to president. Under Paul’s leadership, Natoli Construction’s reputation further expanded and the company was awarded high-profile projects with prestigious clients, including major renovations of the Statue of Liberty and construction of the New York Giants headquarters and training facilities, among other notable buildings.
An advocate for the construction industry, Paul is an executive board member of the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey (ACCNJ) and past president of the Building Contractors Association of New Jersey (BCANJ). He has also served as a member of the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Advisory Committee and Rutgers University’s Construction Project Management Certificate Program Advisory Board.
In 2020, Paul was honored with a Catholic Charities Lifetime Achievement Award for his longtime service to the Department for Persons with Disabilities’ ministry of caring, including his participation on its Long-Term Senior Care and Casey Classic Golf Outing committees. The Boy Scouts of America, Patriots Path Council also recognized Paul’s extensive volunteer efforts with a 2016 Man of the Year Award. Paul is Past President of the Board of Governors of Rockaway River Country Club in Denville, New Jersey, and sits on its Membership and Planning committees.
With Natoli Construction since 2013, Tom oversees the financial and administrative functions of the company.
After graduating from Rutgers University, Tom earned his CPA license and began his career at Ernst & Young. He joined Wiss & Co. in 2005, where he provided auditing, accounting, and tax services to privately-held construction companies.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and is currently a board member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) of New Jersey.
The son of a masonry contractor, Joseph A. Natoli is a true example of the American Dream as he worked his way up through the ranks of the construction industry as a journeyman, foreman, job superintendent, and vice president/director of operations before founding Joseph A. Natoli Construction in 1975.
The recipient of many industry honors, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Subcontractors Association of New Jersey, Joseph has served as president of the New Jersey Building Contractors Association (now known as the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey) and as a trustee for the New Jersey Statewide Carpenters Fund, the New Jersey Operating Engineers 825 Fund, and the New Jersey Masons and Laborers Fund.
A highlight of his community work, Mr. Natoli founded the Montville, New Jersey Chapter of UNICO, which grew under his leadership to be the largest UNICO chapter in the United States.
After full time retirement in 2009, Mr. Natoli now enjoys his hobbies of wood carving and offshore fishing.

The company maintains an OSHA 500-hour in-house safety compliance officer who promotes a safe workplace environment through weekly safety meetings, “toolbox talks”, and site inspections. Additionally, Natoli Construction engages an independent safety consultant who performs frequent safety audits on all sites on a regular basis. Natoli also creates and implements site-specific safety plans for each project.
